Currently, I am a higher education professional with over fifteen years’ experience in academic research & assessment, and academic computing. I hold complementary graduate degrees in Business Intelligence and Analytics and Instructional Technology.  I am collaborating on grant-funded research projects investigating techniques for facilitating requirement development of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled business processes specifically impacting supply chain resilience and unbiased business decision making.
